Kayla Bolza is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of PA and works with H&L as an independent contractor. She received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kutztown University in Pennsylvania in 2019. Kayla completed her practicum at a partial hospitalization program and previously worked at a community mental health agency where she provided counseling to children, adolescents, and adults. Kayla works with a number of presenting issues, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, and social difficulties. She is also passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and empowering them to embrace and advocate for themselves. She typically uses a client-centered approach and incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) into treatment. She is an LGBTQIA+ affirming and neurodiversity-affirming therapist.
