What Qualifications Are Required?
- Commitment to Cultural Competency: Demonstrate an interest in working with culturally and diagnostically diverse clients, including marginalized groups
- LGBTQIA+ Competency: Competency working with the LGBTQIA+ community is preferred, novices in this area will have the opportunity for consultation
- License: Maintain an unrestricted license to practice in Pennsylvania
- Clearances: Possess Childline, State Police, and FBI clearances
- Commitment: Dedicate a minimum of 25 hours per week to providing therapeutic services
