H&L Response to COVID-19

Telehealth online video sessions are available through the client portal and are secure and HIPAA compliant. Your therapist can send consent forms through the client portal for you to electronically sign. Before you join a session, conduct a Pre-call Test to make sure your internet is strong enough and you are using the correct device and web browser. Please call the behavioral health member services number on the back of your insurance card to determine if your plan covers telehealth sessions.

For clients being seen in-person, we ask that you:

  • Contact your therapist to reschedule or switch to telehealth if you suspect you have COVID-19 or have tested positive
  • Inform your therapist prior to coming into the office if you have had a recent COVID-19 exposure 
  • Let your therapist know if you prefer masking during sessions
  • Wear a mask if your therapist has requested masking
