Amanda is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and works with H&L as an independent contractor. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rosemont College. Amanda has been working in the mental health field since 2010, gaining extensive experience across various settings, including group homes, drug and alcohol treatment, inpatient care, community mental health, and pediatrics.

Her areas of expertise include working with PTSD, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and fostering overall emotional well-being. Amanda is a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner, utilizing this mind-body approach to help clients process overwhelming emotions, stress, and trauma. She also integrates trauma-informed practices, play therapy approaches, and somatic techniques to support clients throughout their healing process.

As an LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming provider, Amanda is committed to creating an inclusive and validating space for individuals with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent experiences. Her goal is to empower clients by helping them understand their unique strengths, reduce shame, and navigate challenges with compassion and insight.
