H&L Response to COVID-19
To Our Valued Clients,
We understand this is a difficult and uncertain time for many. We want you to know we are here to support you and want everyone to feel safe accessing services. We will continue to keep our office open unless instructed otherwise from our state leaders.
We are sanitizing common areas and frequently touched objects in the office on a regular basis. We have sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer available in the waiting room.
We ask you to not come to the office if you have any cold or flu-like symptoms. Please do not come to the office unless you have been free of a fever for 14 days (without the aid of a fever reducer).
Please follow the CDC Guidelines regarding personal hygiene and avoiding touching your face. We recommend washing your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds before and after your sessions in the office.
Online video sessions may be a temporary option depending on your insurance coverage and clinical needs. Please call the behavioral health member services number on the back of your insurance card to determine whether you are covered for telehealth sessions. These sessions are available through the client portal and are secure and HIPAA compliant. Please read the resources below. Your therapist can send forms through the client portal for you to electronically sign.

Talk with your therapist about setting up telehealth appointments if you believe this is the best option for you. We understand the need to balance safety with the need to maintain consistent treatment. Your therapist will notify you if they choose to stay home and switch to all online sessions.
Please take care during this difficult time.
